1) A pre-enrollment written test is used to understand trainees' strengths and weaknesses in various areas like basics, intermediate skills, and soft skills. Team leaders are chosen based on test results. 2) Lab sessions encourage trainees to expect little from instructors and commit mistakes in order to learn from them. Trainees are not allowed to give up and must make decisions on the spot. 3) Tests and assignments include multiple choice questions, descriptive questions, structural problems, system designs, problem solving, and logic-oriented problems given twice a week. Feedback is provided individually and qualified trainees are assured placement while others may improve or be re-evaluated after a month.
