Start by downloading the robot simulator and update manual for this week:
1. simiam-coursera-week-1.zip (Updated: 2014-01-23)
2. manual-coursera-sp14.pdf (Updated: 2014-01-19)

Instructions
This week's exercises will help you learn about MATLAB and the robot simulator:
1. Since the assignments in this course involve programming in MATLAB, you should familiarize
yourself with MATLAB and its language. Review the resources posted in the "Getting Started with
MATLAB" section on the "Programming Assignments" page.
2. Familiarize yourself with the simulator by reading the manual and downloading the robot simulator
posted above.

Submission
This week's automatic grader will test:
1. Running the simulator: Did the simulator run successfully?
Remember to run the submit script (from the simulator package) in MATLAB to submit your solutions.
