Copy of Marriage Certificate ( if couples participated )
Copy of Lease Agreement and ID Cards ( KTP ) of the owner of the House
Guarantee letter of Housemaid Employment
Photographs sized
4cm x 6cm = 4 pcs white background for Indonesian
Embassy
3cm x 4cm = 4 pcs red background for Immigration
