    We, the teachers of Buhaynasapa National High School, would like to withdraw
    our membership in the San Juan West Teachers Association for the following
    reasons:
    1. If suddenly the member transferred to another district or municipality, there
    is no rebate or no any membership contribution will be given.
    2. Due to budget constrain that we cannot afford to maintain the unexpected
    due/fee.
    3. There is no regular and clear financial statement of the

    proceed of the

    money being collected.


    4. There is no clear guidelines and policy of the said association.
