Earnest Money should be deposited in the shape of only" Deposit- at-Call receipt" payable at
Agartala to be drawn in favour of "Tripura Housing and Construction Board" on any schedule
bank guaranteed by the Reserve Bank of India. Deposit- at -call receipt payable at other than
Agartala will not be accepted. Tender Form can be had from the offices upto 12:00 Noon on any
working day untill 27-07-2015 by depositing cash (Non refundable) as mentioned above. The
Tender of the Contractor who does not deposit the earnest money in this manner will be summarily
rejected.
Tender Form will be sold from the office of the undersigned and the office of the Executive Engineer, Agartala Division No. V, PWD(R&B), Netaji Chowmuhani Complex, Agartala on production
of documentary proof of valid enlistment, PTCC, STCC, Labour Licence from Labour Department
and other valid documents.
Tender may be dropped in the tender box of the Dy. Executive Officer (W-III), Tripura Housing
and Construction Board, Pandit Nehru Complex, Agartala or in the tender box of the office of the
Executive Engineer, Agartala Division No V, PWD (R&B), Netaji Chowmuhani Complex, Agartala
upto 3:00 P.M on 29-07-2015 and the same will be opened only by the Dy. Executive Officer (WIII), THCB, at 3:30 P.M on 29-07-2015 or in the next day if possible.
