    Managerial Economics Projects
    INSTRUCTIONS
    st

    1. Each group will send only one report collectively. You have to send the soft copy to:
    [email protected]
    2. The report has to be submitted on or before 9th September, 2013.
    3. The request for extending the deadline will not be entertained.
    4. After the submission of the report, presentation will be taken. It will be of 10 to 15 minutes
    duration.
    5. Everyone in the group has to speak.
    6. The report should contain a bibliography (References of books/journals/articles/websites) as
    well.
    7. The report should not be more than 20 pages (by the standard: Times New Roman, 12,
    paragraph spacing: 1.5). Reports, specific and to the point, will get more credit.
    8. The report should include the following:
    For Industry Analysis:
    The market structure of the industry in India
    The players and their strategies; how do they compete
    The products in the industry: demand side and supply side
    Regulations, if any
    Notable features/ current trends
    For strategic interactions:
    The market structure of the industry in India
    The products concerned
    The players and their strategies; how do they compete
    What are the strategies in terms of price/advertisements etc. to compete with one another
    For company specific study:
    The positioning of the firm
    Its competitors
    Its products, demand and supply side, cost structure
    Strategies
