Mobilelearningmatrix

This document outlines how mobile devices can be used to support learning across different subject areas in kindergarten. It provides examples of lessons that integrate mobile technologies based on academic standards. For a science lesson on how the sun provides heat and light to Earth, gifted students may create a digital diorama using an online program and QR code to demonstrate their understanding. Differentiating instruction, teachers could have students make their own dioramas to describe the concept. The document shows how mobile devices can offer creative, personalized learning experiences when planned according to educational frameworks.

Reflection: I found it interesting that there are so many uses for mobile devices in learning and they can be very helpful in the
classroom. I decided to do a differentiated lesson about science because I think an advanced kindergartener would be interested
in making a visual display of how the Earth is heated. It would be a good opportunity for them to teach their peers and have an
example to show other students. I enjoyed making different lesson ideas and I want to use them with the students I work with
now. I hope I get to work in a school where there is lots of mobile learning implemented so that I can learn more and use my skills
to teach the students.
