Procedure: Field Name User Action and Values Comment

This document provides instructions for creating two data views in SAP IBP: 1) The YDP_DV_FORECAST data view is for forecasting and includes key figures for historical sales, corrections, overrides, corrected history, statistical forecasts, and manual forecasts. 2) The YDP_DV_MACRO data view is used to consolidate all inputs to generate a final demand plan and includes key figures for statistical forecasts, manual forecasts, local adjustments, additional demand, central adjustments, and the demand plan. The instructions describe setting up fields and assigning key figures to each data view.

This data view is used to consolidate all input to get the final demand plan which can be released to ECC
or SNP for further planning.
