This is to certify that upon reviewing of his education, training, qualification and
certification
documents
in
accordance
with
INSPEC
written
practice
INSPEC/9/USN/Q1 1994 Rev 22, Mr. Santanu Saha is appointed as MEDGULF
Construction Co. WLL Level III for the scope of services as defined in the
appointment letter issued to him.
His specific examination has been waived off based on reviewing of his experience
in preparation of NDT procedures and interpretation and evaluation of NDT results
for methods applicable to MEDGULF Construction WLL.
