Is there a discussion leader? Is he/she pointed out by the team or did he/she
propose him/herself?

-Yes, group has a discussion leader. Leader was pointed out by the team


Is there any resistance against the leadership? Are there sub leaders?

-No sub leaders, and no resistance against the leadership


Do you see subgroups? (For example: same opinions in smaller groups)

-Yes


Does every team member join the discussion?

-Yes, ever team member expressed own opinion during discussion


Do team members interrupt each other? Do they cut each others point of view?

-Team members was waiting their turn. I think leader was trying to listen different
opinions, and in the end proposed a compromise.


Are there team members which opinions are ignored? How does this team member
react?

-No

Is there any non-verbal conduct? (eye movements, hand movements, facial
expressions, etc.)

Yes.


In what way does the team approach the problem?

They decided to vote for the final solution.

- About 20 minutes, was required to get at the solution. I think they chose an
efficient approach.
