Checklist for Final Submission

International Journal of Control, Automation, and Systems

General guide
The article can be printed on U.S. Letter size paper (280 mm X 210 mm)
Correct column width (80 mm) with double column format
Correct inter-column space (8 mm)
Font Type: Times New Roman, Size: 10 pt
(for all text, including headings only the title may be larger, and tables and footnotes may be smaller)
Manuscripts must be divided into three parts: The first part includes the title, authors name, abstract and keywords.
The second part is the main body of the paper and the third part is the authors profile.
Manuscript and author information
All author affiliations, e-mail: Written in the footnote of the 1st page, font size 8.5 pt
Acknowledgement: Written after manuscript information
Corresponding author: Marked if the first author is not the corresponding author
First part
Title: Bold, upper case letters, 14 pt
Authors name: Bold, upper and lower case letters, 10 pt
Abstract: Not to exceed 300 words for regular papers or 150 words for technical notes and correspondence,
and without equations, references, or footnotes
Keywords: At least 4 words, in alphabetical order, separated by commas
Paper body
Paragraphs: New paragraphs indent 3.5 mm on the first line
Main headings: Uppercase letters
Secondary headings: Upper- and lower case
Third headings: Upper- and lowercase
Figures: Acceptable line quality, legible text

Figure captions: Below figures, left justified


Tables: Headings above, cell font size 9pt

Table captions: Above tables, left justified


Equation: Numbered serially throughout the paper

Equation number should be located to the far right of the line in parenthesis

Equations are shown left aligned on the column


References: Follow the IJCASs style and referred to by numerals in square brackets

Journal / Proceeding title should be written in each full name

References should include vol., no., and pages


All references cited within the text in numerical order according to their order of appearance
Authors profile
Complete brief biographies and clear glossy photographs (25mm x 30mm) of all authors
Font Type: Times New Roman, 9 pt
Before sending
Copyright transfer form completed
Language: Spelling checked
Grammar and use of English checked
Sending the final manuscript
Manuscript in MS Word format and PDF format
