The fourth week was quite nice week. I learned many new teaching strategies and techniques in addition to other lessons that
are related to the social relationship in the school environment. First of all, my MST played a major in what I achieved of
success during the previous period. In this short time, she gave me a summary of 10 years of teaching that she spent teaching
in the UAE. Furthermore, I know how much did she suffer trying to provide the suitable time and the subject for me to have
better classes, students, and experience which is the most important point in this period. The second point, in this week I have
observed by MST as a first observation. I was really proud and satisfied about what I achieved. The MSTs feedback was
equitable and supported for me. For the final week, I really try to work on myself to improve my teaching methods and stress
on some areas that my MCT commented on. I have finished second appointment with her so, I am working on one of the best
classes that he ever attended as I hope.
