We SHAHINA USMAN widow of MIRZA ASLAM BAIG 2,Humaira Aslam,Bushra


Aslam, Kiran Aslam ,Mirza Umar Baig,Mirza Haroon Baig all son and daughter of
MIRZA ASLAM BAIG R/O H NO 227 51/A Korangi -6 Karachi ,hereinafter the jointly
and severally referred to as the RELEASORS/1ST PARTY .
A N D
MR.MIRZA ALI BAIG S/O MIRZA ASLAM BAIG R/O same as above, holding
CNIC #42201-0140273-9,where as referred as RELEASEE/2ND PARTY:
WHEREAS MR..MIRZA ASLAM BAIG has expired on 20/2/2003 who was working
with Education Department as Chowkidar for the reference of SON QUOTA
APPOINTMENT.
WHEREAS we all the undersigned have no objection and nominate one of the legal heir
MIRZA ALI BAIG for the appointment on SON QUOTA APPOINTMENT ,and also here
declare that we will not claim or my legal heir in future.

AND WHEREAS the above Releasors/1st Party have withdrawal their rights for the post
of SON QUOTA APPOINTMENT in favour of MIRZA ALI BAIG ,to be appointment
for any post according to the application .
AND WHEREAS we hereby confirmed and declared and oath that we have no o
objection and withdrawal our right from the appointment on son quota in place of
deceased MIRZA ASLAM BAIG (LATE)

IN WITNESS WHEREOF THE PARTIES HAVE SIGNED.
