    Sometime in JULY 2007, the first party engaged the services of


    the second party to change the color of said vehicle from GREEN to
    BLUE. The job has long been finished.
    This affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of the above facts
    for the purpose of CHANGE OF COLOR and for whatever legal
    purpose this may serve.
    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this
    18 March 2008 at Tacloban City, Philippines.
