Natalia enjoys taking her dog for walks on Fridays because it allows her to relax. She wakes up at 6 am, takes a shower using Head & Shoulders shampoo and Bonawell conditioner, and gets ready in her room before eating breakfast and taking the bus to university at 7:35 am. For lunch at 2 pm, she eats and takes a 15 minute nap to regain energy before reading news and studying for exams. After classes end around 9 pm, she chats online, watches YouTube videos from 10-12 pm, and does homework until sleeping from 4-6 am, sometimes skipping dinner due to her late schedule.

1. What's your favorite day of the week

? why ?

My favorite day is Friday because I'm always strolls with my dog in the
late
2. What do you usually do in the morning ?

I get up at 6: 00 o'clock and I take a shower with hot water, then I wash
my hair with shampoo "head and shoulders" then I use conditioner
"bonawell" for my hair, then I comb and I get in my room .

at 7: 35 I eat breakfast and go to the university in bus


3. Where do you have lunch ? what do you usually do after lunch ?
Usually I lunch at 2 :00pm . after lunch I give me a good nap for a while
about 15 minutes to start with more energy . then I read news en the
diary I often have like sleeping again but I get to study for my exams

4. What do you usually do in the evening ?


after class I arrived around 9 pm to my house . I don't watch tv but I go
at the internet and I chat a lot. later I get to watch videos on youtube
from 10 to 12 pm after watching movies I sleep until 4 am and then I get
up to do homework
sometimes I don't dinner because I arrive very late to my house
