Steps To Work in SAP 7 31 NWDS

1. Download NWDS patch PAT0005 for SAP PI 7.3.1 SP4 from the SAP support portal and ensure required native libraries are installed. 2. Connect to SAP PI systems XIX and XID from the Windows preferences menu in NWDS. 3. Create a simple integration flow in NWDS to send a SOAP message from an external system called PM_Test_Sender to system EC2CLNT100 via an ABAP proxy, configure channels and mappings, and deploy the flow.

1. Installation of NWDS.

As we have SP4 of PI 7.3.1 we need to use latest patch of this release: PAT0005

2. You can connect to PI Tools for systems XIX and XID via Windows->Preferences
