passwords,thereisapasswordcolunminthesameviewbutitsencryptedsoyouwontbegettinganybenefitfromit.WhatIsuggestisthatyouuse,
"alteruserusernameidentifiedbypassword"commandandchangethepasswordofthatuser.

Ok,youhavelostyourUsernameandpassword.
Youcanenterasqlplussessionwithsysdbaprivilegesandresetthepassword.
1.Connectassysdbafromthecommandline:
sqlplus/assysdba
2.Onceyouareinasqlpluspromptissuetheresetcommand:
SQL>alteruserscottidentifiedbytigeraccountunlock
Italldependsonwhichuseryouareunlocking.Ifyoucreatedadefaultdatabase,thenyouhaveseveralotherdemoaccountswhichremainlocked,
HR,SH,OE,PM.
Ifyourequireanewaccount,thenyoumustcreateanewuser.LookfortheCREATEUSERcommandtoaccomplishthistask.
