1-2 Super Flex

This document provides specifications for a 1/2" super flexible feeder cable. The cable has an inner conductor made of copper clad aluminum rod surrounded by foam dielectric insulation. It has an outer corrugated copper conductor and is jacketed in black LDPE for UV protection. Key mechanical properties include a bending radius of 32mm, tensile strength of 800N, and crush strength of 2kg/mm. Electrical parameters include an impedance of 50+/-1 ohms, attenuation up to 33.1dB/100m at 6000MHz, and return loss and VSWR specifications up to 3000MHz.

1/2” SUPERFLEX FEEDER CABLE

Description : The 1/2” Super Flexible cable is manufactured with inner conductor of Copper Clad Aluminium rod and outer corrugated
copper conductor to give flexibility to the cable. The inner conductor is insulated with foam dielectric having over high degree of foaming.
The cable is jacketed with Black LDPE jacketing compound to impart protection against UV rays.
