Ultraware Communications Problems
1. Cable connection should be 2-3, 3-2, 5-5 with no other pins connected 2. Verify communication parameters
3. Make sure that RS Linx is shut down
4. Go to Programs/Rockwell Software/RSLinx Launch Control Panel and make sure that Always Run as Service is NOT checked
5. Go to Tools/ recover communications to do a hardware reset.
6. Make sure that there are no other pins than 2, 3 & 5 connected. 7. Do a recover communications. Go to Tools / Recover Communications and follow the prompts
