    Presently working as Circle HR Relationship Manager in Kolkata Circle, serving over


    2000 plus employees of 100 plus branches.
    Recruitment- Recruiting the right person for the right location role fit. Manning of the
    budgeted manpower numbers at the branches. Ensuring minimum cost of manpower &
    recruitment. Also quality manpower are being recruited within the specified timelines.
    Employee Retention- Conduct exit Interviews. Carried out quarterly exit analysis to
    identify and resolve branch / circle wise pain points. Proactively scan competition to
    prevent mass attrition.
    Ensuring Employee Engagement & satisfaction- Reaching out to employees through
    various engagement initiatives and engagement platforms. Monitoring the
    implementation of various engagement programs. Branch visits are being done at regular

    employee codes for mew joinees. Timely closure of resignation and F&F cases.
    Driving Training initiatives as per the guidelines- Facilitating on-boarding of the
    candidates by ensuring timely completion of pre-joining formalities. Analyzing attrition
    of employees within 1-6 months of joining.
