Opinion:
My point of view is that Gucci group should move to multi-brand product
because due to this Gucci can maximize its profit.

Reason:
The reason behind my opinion is that the innovative design, quality of the
product and the brand image are strongly associated with the extravagance
items in the industry. in the course of good management of image of brand,
good communication of management, extraordinary quality of product and
controlled network of the distribution Gucci Group can achieve something in
the future in growth and reinforcing its brands primary status and can surely
get the maximum level of profit and growth.

Defense:
The wide range of products is one of the Gucci Groups maximum strengths.
Gucci changed its strategy of carrying a single brand to a multi brand group.
It may be a source of growth and one of the main criteria for the acquisition
policy conducted between 1999 and 2001. If Gucci go with multi brand
strategy then its beneficial for it. Through this it can enlarge its business.
This change makes it highly successful business in fashion industry. It
manufacturing and distribution strategy would be a great importance in its
success.
