Syslog logging is enabled on the device and logs messages to various destinations like the console, monitor, and buffer. The log buffer shows that interfaces are being initialized and brought up as the device reboots and establishes routing adjacencies over OSPF and BGP. Neighbor sessions are established and interfaces transition to an up/up state.
