traditional and digital media. Coordinated manufacturing details with engineers in China.

Worked with the Advanced Concepts, Product Development, and Design teams to deliver
useful prototypes for both internal design evaluation and vendor line reviews. Created failfast, visual, and works-like prototypes for the concept development of future products.
Also, assisted in design refinement, mechanism development, and child-testing research.

Volunteer position for Virginia Techs Catholic Campus Ministry. Sent weekly e-mail updates
for the community, managed its social media networks, assisted with web site updates, and
created newsletters for more than 2,000 community members.

Special Projects

India Winter Break Trip l PURE l December 27, 2012-January 17, 2013
Traveled throughout India, observing the culture while visiting villages, schools, slums, and
tourist sites and testing prototypes for a water purification project for India.
Exhibit Design Module l inForm: A Language of Form l Spring 2012
Selected to participate in a 1 credit module in which a student team was given an
instructional grant from The Center for Instructional Development & Educational Research
(CIDER) to design and construct an exhibit to display students work in the colleges lobby.
The exhibit was then deconstructed and re-displayed in Virginia Techs Research Center
Arlington, VA and at a conference in Norway.
