Activities: Assisted in daily routine taking vital signs of patients, getting records before our MHO consult the patients. o Take blood pressure, wound dressing, more so, take charge of the facilitation of initial treatment to patients coming in RHU. o Participated in our weekly barangayan service theme CIVAC Civic Action. o Facilitated GP (Garantisadong Pambata) together with my Midwife partner in all our catchment barangays. o Assisted Monthly Immunization in all our catchment barangays. o Injected DMPA to family planning user mothers o Assisted TB patients for their medications and treatments. o Conducted USAPAN session to mothers in barangay o Injected Monthly Fluphenazine to Mentally ill patients o Acted as one of the evaluators in CRS (Catholic Relief Services) survey among households using Toilets in one of my catchment Barangay. II. Learning/Insights: Focused, hard work is the real key to success. Keep your eyes on the goal, and just keep taking the next step towards completing it. If you aren't sure which way to do something, do it both ways and see which works better. o
