Composite Role Creation

To create a composite role in SAP, first individual roles like z_willsys1 and z_willsys2 must be created in PFCG. Then in PFCG, a composite role can be made by selecting the individual roles, describing the composite role, and deleting any duplicate transaction codes or empty folders. The composite role is then transported to other clients by creating a transport request in SE01, selecting the source and target clients, and releasing the request to copy the composite role.

COMPOSITE ROLE CREATION

Go to pfcg we have to create some roles (ex: z_willsys1,z_willsys2,)


Again go to pfcg: create composite role

And we will get below screen

Give description and click on Roles

Click yes and click on Role column

And select the roles

Click on menu &click on Read menu


And yes u get below screen

Click on Display Dupl.Trans

And delete the duplicate T-codes

And click on Delete empty folders and save.


And compare the user.
How to transport the composite role

And we will get below screen

And Execute and ok

Ok create own request

Click on create

And give short description and save and ok. It shows request Number
And we will get below screen

And Back.
And Go to Se01 and click on Display

And release.
And login with another Client (Ex: 001)
And give SCC1 (with in the system)

Tick on including Request and give source client and start Immediately

Copy information box appears click on YES.

Go to PFCG we get composite Role from 000 client to 001.
