Administrative Designee at Monarch School, a school for children impacted by homelessness
10/14 to present
Maintained safety and management of school campus as directed by principal in his absence.
Follow through with discipline policies and procedures including formal suspension and notification of all
parties and families impacted by disciplinary actions.
Lead Computer Using Educator at Monarch School

Organized user forums for Leading Edge Certified (LEC) teachers to share current and best practices.
Designed high school Haiku course to disseminate relevant information pertaining to scholarships, college
and career development opportunities, and celebration of student success.
Induction Support Provider at San Diego Juvenile Court Schools

Coached four peers through the induction process to clear their credentials through the California
Commission on Teaching Credentialing.

Train, supervise, and evaluate a composite of 30+ pre-service teachers over the course of 5 years, for a period
of 12 weeks per teacher, in an effort to improve teacher performance to recommend they receive a

programs unprecedented 6 year WASC accreditation.
