What is cervical cancer?
Cervical cancer is a disease that affects women. Cervical cancer is caused by Human Papilloma virus (HPV). Malignancies occur in the cervix which is the lowest part of the uterus that stands at the top of hole intercourse (vaginal). Cervical cancer occurs when abnormal cells in the cervix change into cancer cells. Changes usually takes 10-15 years to become cancerous. Factors that facilitate the occurrence of cervical cancer: 1. young married 2. pregnancy often 3. smoke 4. Long-term use of oral contraceptives 5. Sexually transmitted infections Most HPV infections and early-stage cervical cancer occur without symptoms. When cancer is advanced or experienced progesifitas the symptoms that may occur include: through vaginal bleeding, vaginal discharge, pelvic pain, unable to urinate. Treatment of cervical cancer may include: surgery radiotherapy chemoterapy rehabilitation supportive care Cervical cancer is known to have advanced stage can result in harm to surrounding organs and can cause death. How to prevent cervical cancer with primary prevention is education and vaccination. Also by secondary prevention is pap smear. A Pap smear is a method of examination of cells taken from the cervix and then examined under a microscope to see the changes that occur in these cells. "in the world, every 2 minutes a woman dies of cervical cancer" while, "Every hour, one Indonesian woman died because cervical cancer see, this disease is really very dangerous. so please help to protect her world
