II. Materials:
17 small containers
2 large bowls
2 bottles of oil
Bowl of water
2 boxes of food coloring
pencil
III. Procedure:
A. Motivation
1. I will have the children join me on the carpet.
2. I will ask the children if they think oil and water mixes.
3. I will show the children the bubble color experience by mixing oil and
water and then adding food color.

B. Steps
1. I will have the children join me on the carpet.
2. I will tell the children that we will be creating color bubbles
experience using water, oil and food coloring.
3. I will tell the children we will be doing a big color bubble experience.
4. I will ask the children if they think that oil and water mixes.
5. I will tell the children that I will pour the oil into the water.
6. I will ask the children what they see happening with the oil and
water.
7. I will ask the children what you think will happen when I add food
coloring to the oil and water.
8. I will tell the children that I will now pushing the food coloring using
the tip of the pencil down into the water.
9. I will tell the children that each of them will be creating their own
color bubble experience.
10. I will tell the children that they will go into their centers and I will be
calling 4 children at a time.
11. I will tell the children that they will each have their own container of
color bubbles to take home.
12. I will tell the children to pour oil into their water.
13. I will assist the children who need help.
14. I will ask the children what they see.
15. I will tell the children to pick two colors that they want to use.
16. I will assist the children who need help.
17. I will tell the children that they will use their pencil to push their color
down into the water.
18. I will tell the children to put the cover on their container.
19. I will then have the children join me back onto the carpet.

IV. Conclusion:
I will have each of the children tell me what they learned while creating their color
bubble experience.
V. Transition:
After the children give me their responses I will have them take their color
bubbles to their seats.

VI. Follow-Up Activities/Learning Centers:


1. I will place the materials for color bubbles in a center for the children to enjoy.
2. I will place our color bubble experience in a center for the children to observe.
3. I will place have youtube video for the children to watch.

VII. Evaluation/Assessment:

have healthy white ones.

12. I will tell the children to be creative when brushing their tooth cut out.
13. I will tell the children that they will be going into centers and I will call
five children at a time to create their happy white tooth

I will have each child tell me what they learned about brushing our teeth.
V. Transition:
After each child has had a chance to share, I will give each child a toothbrush to
take home and will have them go to their centers.

practice using.

cut outs with mixture for the children to create extra happy white teeth.

to make the land on their plate.

may go to the sink to wash the paint off.
