GUIDELINES FOR SUMMER PROJECT REPORT

Introduction
A summer project is a substantial piece of work, normally between
10,000 and 12,000 words long, that gives an account of a students indepth analysis into a business or managerial issue by integrating the
learning of various functional areas of management.
Post Graduate diploma in a business management subject brings
together an academic concern for theory and understanding with a
managerial concern for analysis, planning and action.
Objectives
To plan, study and write up a project that improves understanding of a
significant managerial, business or organisational matter, which, if
appropriate, provides recommendations or findings upon which relevant
action can be determined in the benefit of concern area/industry.
Various Stages of the Project Report
