Lesson Abstract Emotion

This lesson asks students to reflect on an emotion they have experienced, associate that emotion with specific colors and line qualities, and create an abstract painting conveying that emotion through color and composition. The lesson will take place over 3-4 class periods, allowing time for planning, painting, and cleanup.
