Create Libraries: CIW File - New - Library. Library Name Path Technology Library

To create a library for storing designs, open the CIW window and select File->New->Library. Fill out the library name, path, and choose the associated technology file from the foundry. This will create a new library listed in the library manager window where designs can be stored.

Create Libraries

The first thing you do is to create a library where you can store your designs. Every library should be
associated with a technology file (from the foundry).
In the CIW window, clicks on File->New->Library. You will see the following window. Fill out library
name and path section, and choose technology library, as shown in figure below.

Now, you should see ee103 as one of the libraries in the left most column in the library Manager
Window.
