Reflection:
Mobile device integration into the classroom seems harder than it really is. I actually really enjoyed making the QR Codes for the QR Code
Hunt for fifth grade U.S Geography. The matrix is only difficult now because I dont know what grade I will eventually teach once I become a
teacher. I began to feel repetitive in filling out my matrix since we did have more of a challenge filling in two per horizontal category. There were
some I was just not able to fill out anymore. However, I really think filling in these matrixes every few weeks is helping my knowledge grow and my
ideas/thoughts expand further than direct instruction. I will be using this in my future classroom and future educator prep programs here at UNC and
beyond. This matrix does take some time to fill out, but that was expected. I am glad we are challenged to branch out of our comfort zones and
research new and exciting ways to integrate technology via mobile devices into the classrooms.
