GENERAL HSE BULLET POINTS

The General HSE Bullet points are basic rules that apply to all Employees as well as the visitors while on the Job. Any
questions regarding any safety rules will be directed towards company supervision.

Proper PPE shall be worn all the time inside the yard.
PPE for the visitors shall be collected from the office before entering the shop area.
Workmen shall wear coverall with long sleeves.
Wearing Jewelry on the job site is not permitted.
Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
Dont report to work while under influence of Alcohol or any Drugs.
Any accidents/incidents or unsafe condition shall be reported to the foreman immediately.
Defective tools/ equipments shall be taken out of service and get repaired immediately.
None is allowed to perform any work unless properly qualified.
Employee developing any injury/ illness during or after work hours shall contact the
Supervisor immediately and seek treatment.
All employees are expected to participate in all safety programs directed by Company/
Customer.
Raw materials shall be stored at designated areas.
All lifting operations shall be performed by qualified personnel and proper equipments.
Proper barricade shall be provided for all crane lifting operations.
All flammable materials shall be removed from the vicinity of welding.
During welding/ cutting operations keep an appropriate fire extinguisher close by.
Proper care to be taken for Storage/ handling of Gas cylinders.
Valves on Gas cylinders must be closed when not in use.
Electrical circuits shall not be overloaded.
Electrical equipments/ switches/ wires shall be checked on daily basis.
In case of fire, do not panic, Proceed to the designated assembly area.
All employees must know how to use a fire extinguisher when needed.
Proper housekeeping shall be performed on the workplace on daily basis without fail.
