Observation
This
week,
observe
two
children:
one
who
has
excellent
behavior
and
one
who
does
not.
Write
a
paragraph
comparing
the
two.
Notice
how
the
teacher
interacts
with
both
of
them.
Watch
how
the
children
react
when
they
are
praised
or
reprimanded.
Watch how they both act when they are learning or working in groups.
Which
strategies
does
your
teacher
use
with
these
children
that
you
think
are
most
effective
in
managing
the
behavior?
Children
feel
proud
and
happy
when
the
miss
praised
him,
but
when
she
reprimanded
them
they
cry
and
feel
sad.
Also
while
theyre
studying,

has
an

behavior
she
keeps
lessoning

the
teacher
and

friends
while
theyre
talking
and
explaining
also
he
is
cooperating
with
the
group
work
but
the
opposite,
the
misbehavior
student
he
keeps
talking

time
even

silent
and
of
course
he
is
not
cooperating
with
the
group
work.
And
this
always
effect
on
the
classroom
when
they
have
several
kids
who
are
misbehavior,
because
all
the
lesson
the
miss
keep
remaining
them
to
be
silent
and
the
period
will
finished
but
the
miss
didnt
finish
her
lesson
and
that
will
effect
on
other
learners.
But
I
think
the
miss
work
hard
to
manage
the
behavior
in
the
classroom
by
doing
several
strategies,
for
example
she
always
praise
those
with
the
good
behavior
and
she
clap
for
them
so
in
this
way
she
give
the
kid
encouragement
to
do
the
best
always.

Why
is
it
important
to
be
PROACTIVE
when
trying
to
manage
the
behavior
in
your
class?
Because
it
will
effect
more
and
the
kid
will
understand
quickly
and
they
will
remain
to
be
quiet
also
quickly.

effect
on
the
students
if
there
is
a
lot
of
misbehavior
in
the
classroom?
Less
learning
because

miss
will
lose
her
time
by
saying
for

students
