Participate in one in-service training session and create a workshop to

be approved by the administration.
Actively participate in one in-service training session.
Identify what areas teachers are interested in learning about during inservice days.
In-service days are required by the State of Michigan. Teachers are
required to attend and would be beneficial to have teachers actively
participate in the session.
By April 2015 I will have participated in one in-service session and
submitted one in-service training suggestion.

1) It's a work in progress. We are learning as we go, but always need for
improvement and more training for resources and best practices
2) We are headed in the right direction. At this point I think we would benefit
more from practicing and mastering what we have learned versus being
introduced to new things.
3) We have had some training, but I still feel I have had to figure out many
things on my own.
