There will be one by one strand for de- tensioned and will be step by step beginning from high pressure until the 0 pressure. The single mono jack used combine with de-tension chair. Put the de-tension chi corresponds. on top the anchorage block follow the block pattern Install the mono jack into the previous stressed strand on the first top line of anchorage. The mono jack is positioned must away from the front of de-tension plate about 100 mm. Connect the hydraulic hose to the mono jack and pump together (must check on each port are corrected) Apply smoothly pressure up to the maximum force into the strand {sometime must apply higher pressure than previous force) Whenever see the jaws are moved from the block then stop apply the pressure. Use the screwdriver or hook removed the jaws away from the block about 50 mm. Then slowly release pressure from the jack until 0 bars, then will see the jaws position moved close to the block again. So, repeat from the beginning until the last procedure again then the force in strands will be come non force. Then keep doing another strand until all strands are free load. DETENSION CHAIR
