1. Mastery of the Subject
-effective learning demands that the teacher possesses a solid knowledge of
subject or the field that he/she aims to teach his student.

ALWAYS RUNS THE RISK OF HYPOCRITE.

2. Understanding the Learner


-a teacher must know how much children at various levels of maturity are
capable of understanding for him/her to guide learning effectively. Interest of
student and their past experience are some of things to consider in teaching.
LOVE
-can imbue them (children) w/ love for learning.

3. Understanding of the principles of teaching


and skill in the use of techniques for their
implementation.
-subject matter is not enough but also the method to teach is also important.
- A skill with a good method and technique is needed to fulfill learning.

4.General Understanding of other branches of


knowledge.
-subject relationship with other fields ,particularly in solution of lifes problem.
-needs knowledge of some fields
-exploring knowledge of other fields is also a good for teaching for him/her to
relate for students to understand.

5.Understanding and Appreciation of teaching profession


-a good attitude towards teaching is needed to be positive for a good delivery of
the topic or knowledge.
-understanding of own profession
-Work effectively not only on pupils but with other coworker
