Parent-teacher interviews will be held on May 4th and 5th from 4-6pm and 6:30-9pm in the Roy Magor Hall for students in Years 6 to 12. Interviews are 10 minutes long and parents should book appointments online or through the school office. Students are welcome to attend and parents should bring their child's report to discuss how to enhance their progress.

Please follow the instructions below to book your parent-teacher interviews at times that suit your
family best.
The interviews are for 10 minutes and will be held in the Roy Magor Hall. Please be punctual. If
you do not finish your discussions, arrange another time to continue further discussion with the
teacher. Please do not extend the interview beyond 10 minutes.
Students are welcome to attend interviews. Please bring your childs report with you for discussion
on how their progress may be enhanced. If your child is on an IEP (individual education plan) and
you would like to discuss it further please book an appointment with the relevant subject teacher.
Go to www.schoolinterviews.com.au and follow these simple instructions.

For families who do not have internet access, please phone the school office during school hours
and ask to speak with Simone McClure.
Bookings open Friday 10 April at 4:00 pm
Bookings close Monday 4 May at 9:00 am

Then follow the 3 simple steps.

When you click finish , your interview timetable will be emailed to you automatically - check your
junk mail folder if you do not receive your email immediately.
You can return to www.schoolinterviews.com.au at any time, and change your interviews until bookings close.
Bookings open Friday 10 April at 4:00 pm so that all families may book at the same time.
You can change your interview bookings any time prior to the closing date, by re-visiting the
www.schoolinterviews.com.au website, and using the event code. Parents who wish to change their
interview times after the closing date should contact the school on 8250 7655 ask for Simone McClure.
