VALUE ENGINEERING AND INNOVATION

Use of MDC reinforced concrete precast panels for all exterior walls for
greater efficiency in construction, minimization of unsightly result of poor
plastering works, and elimination of leaks coming from walls.
Use of ARTY Wall for interior non-load bearing masonry works for finer
interior wall finishes, efficiency in erecting interior partitions, and
minimization of construction debris.
Coring shall be done instead of installing pipe sleeves to minimize chipping,
and superior precision in installing building utilities.
