AIM:
To practice Analyse the Data in MS Excel
PROCEDURE:
Step 1: Go to Start All programs MS Office MS Office Excel and click to open main window.
Step 2: Go to File Open Data to open the data sheet.
Step 3: Start by clicking the Office button at the top left corner of the excel window.
Step 4: From the menu that pops up, select Excel Options
Step 5: Go to the Data tab and from the Analysis section select the Data Analysis button.
Step 6: From the pop-up choose the Histogram tool
Step 7: Input Range: The data in your spreadsheet you wish to graph
Step 8: Bin Range: The bin values in your spreadsheet
Step 9: Select Cumulative Percentage to have a line display the Cumulative % of the
frequencies.
Step 10: Select Chart Output to have a graph made of the histogram.
Step 11: Click ok, the histogram will be created in a separate worksheet along with a table
displaying the calculated frequencies and cumulative % for each bin.

Result:
The Histogram chart created.
