Designer agrees to provide the client with

A fast and efficient service


An outstanding work effort
A free service
Designing business cards, letterheads, envelopes, flyers, etc.

Work Schedule

Work will take place on Mondays-Fridays from 9am-6pm.

Designer will not work on Saturdays/Sundays and on major holidays

Client and designer can meet up, but the Client must make an
appointment first

Client Responsibilities

Client must provide Sorted Sweets with all necessary information in


order to start the project and designer has the authority to obtain that
information

Client will proofread and approve any final designs and will hold full
responsibility after approval

In case of any mistakes, client must provide Sorted Sweets with a hard
copy

Credit

Credit to Sorted Sweets will be mentioned on al publicity/promotion f


this project and/or our relationship including, but not limited to awards,
competitions, press releases, etc.

Payment

All payments received are not refundable in the event where the
projects is terminated for any reason after one week of signing

Any payment not fulfilled within a period of time can result in the
withholding/suspension/termination of the project

Reproduction

One time reproduction rights for the specific product are granted to the
client. Any other usage must be negotiated

All reproduction rights are retained by the designer. The work may not
be reproduced without the owners consent

Electronic Files

Sorted Sweets agree to store all final electronic for a maximum of two
years

Sorted Sweets will charge $3 to retrieve any elements of our electronic


files, provided that related usage rights have been negotiated

Any specific requirements on how the project must be negotiated with


Sorted Sweets before the project begins

Completion and Delivery

The estimated completion date of the project is ____/_____/____

Any delay in the completion of the project due to negligence of clients,


transportation delays, unforeseen illness, or external force beyond the
control of Sorted Sweets shall give Sorted Sweets the right to extend
completion/delivery date, upon notifying the client
