3.Distortion of facts:
To change the natural, normal ,or original
shape, appearance, or sound of something in
a way is usually not attractive or pleasing.
Example would be the current riots held in
city area of Vadodara. Riots occurred due to
the false use of social media to ignite fire
between two communities. This is distortion
of facts.
4.Misleading or confusing communication or
positioning or advertising.
Misleading advertisements are those who
deceive people who are likely to see it.
best examples of misleading people are
Lays chips- people are mislead by the weight
of the packet, product weights 8 grams
instead of 10grams.
clothes cafe(Akota)- Some of the products
are from china, which they labelled as 'Made
in India'.
Advertisements are made illusionary by
-"60% off on all the products" but there is a
specific discounts on specific products.
5.Manipulation of people's feeling.
Example would be Olay.
Olay shows the ageing factor and how to
prevent aging.
6.
