1) This report provides a daily construction progress update for Emero Plaza Hotel project in Kathmandu, Nepal on Chaitra 2071 (March/April 2014). 2) On this date, 57 total staff were working including 28 pile workers and 27 laborers. The laborers worked between 5-8 hours. 3) Work performed on this date included line and layout of columns and walls, earthwork excavation and backfilling, and reinforcing of shear walls and columns. Formwork installation of shear walls also began. 4) Work forecast for the following day includes continuing earthwork excavation and backfilling and reinforcing of columns and shear walls, along with beginning waterproofing works.
