invest more in analytic s not just software or tools but also training, engage with Geraldine Mc Bride
to see what c onnec tions we have with her work and also if she is interested in getting involved in

The importanc e of having a digital strategy. We invest hugely in this already and at times we
question it due to expense and that some of our c lients aren't using what we offer, like we have to
forc e them to have an online presenc e within our events. But I c ame away from this c onferenc e
relieved that we are fac ing this head on and investing in digital platforms bec ause this who don't
will be left behind.

The need for speed when it c omes to digital disruption is extraordinary...SMAC is ac c elerating the
pac e of c hange and one needs to c onstantly "keeping up".
