    Introductions

    Ra
    Powers First Pharaoh od the world, God of the sun
    Symbols Hawk head and sun disk

    During the day, Ra travelled across the sky as the sun. He road
    in a solar-boat. At night, he travelled to the underworld to fight
    chaos. He would be reborn each morning as the sunrise. Even
    though he had the head of a hawk during the day, he would
    have a rams head when in the underworld at night.

    GEB
    Powers God of the Earth, he is also a healing god.
    Symbols The Goose
    As the God of the earth, it was said that every earthquake
    that occurred was just Gebs laughter. It is also said that
    he imprisoned the dead that were buried, within his body.

    Nut
    Powers Goddess of the sky and heavens
    Symbols crossed arrows, the sow, cow, the ladder
    Nuts body stretches over Geb, as she represents the sky.
    Each one of her limbs represents the cardinal points,
    North, East, South and West. It is said that she
    swallowed Ra each evening, and gave birth to him every
    morning.

    Osiris
    Powers Osiris is the God of the Dead and Vegetation.
    The God of Afterlife.
    SymbolsThe Flail and Crook
    Osiris was the first mythological king of Egypt. Its said
    that he brought the civilization to mankind. He was
    murdered by his brother, Seth, and was brought back to
    life by his wife, Isis. He then became the ruler of the
    underworld.

    Khonsu
    Powers God of the Moon. The Traveller or the
    Wanderer. Also seen as the God of Time.
    Symbols The moon, falcon-head with crescent moon
    headdress surmounted by a full lunar disc.
    It is said that Khonsu had the ability to drive out evil
    spirits and illness. Rameses ll sent a statue of Khonsu to
    the Syrian King in order to cure his duaghter of her
    illness.
