'Himmat', a mobile application of Delhi
Police that will allow women to send a distress call to Police Control Room and their relatives in case of any emergency, was launched in New Delhi on Thursday by Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh.
In a first of its kind project in the
country, mini drones fitted with night vision cameras will be used to patrol the streets of the national capital by the Delhi Police in order to make the city safer for women.
