Dear Parents,
We solicit your kind co-operation in using the
almanac as an efficacious tool of communication.
Fill the details in two pages of Personal Record on
page no : 4 and last perforated sheet.
Ensure that the specimen signature of father and
mother and guardian ( if required ) is done.
Individual photographs of all family members should
be pasted in its right place.
On the perforated sheet, the address, blood group
and ph.nos: should be correctly mentioned.
In case of change of phone nos: or address, please
notify the school immediately.
The personal information about the child on page
no: 4 should be filled up sincerely and precisely. It
should also be duly signed by the parents.
Please refer to the Home Assignment and Teachers
Remarks everyday.
Parents are requested to read all the pages of
Almanac and plan their schedule or students leave
accordingly.
Almanac should be brought to the school everyday
by the students.
