Address Styles vary from country to country.

Therefore, in Pakistan, we need to


configure Pakistani address style in just 3 steps.
1. AP / AR
a. Create DFF in AR/AP (Title: ADDRESS)
b. Add new code PK in ADDRESS_STYLE lookup in application developer
responsibility
c. Assign this code to AR/AP
2. HRMS,
a. Create DFF in Human Resource (Title: Location Address)
b. Create DFF in AR/A (Title: Personal Address Information)

Address Style Receivable


1. Create DFF using Administrator or Receivables Responsibility
AR > Setup > Financials > Flex field > Descriptive > Segments

2. Add a new code in ADDRESS_STYLE lookup using Application Developer


Responsibility
Application Developer > Application > Lookups > Application Object Library

Find ADDRESS_STYLE lookup type in Receivable application

Add new code PK for Pakistan AddressStyle

3. Assign Style to Country


AR > setup > System > country

Address Style Payable


Above created DFF should be attached in Payable
AP > Setup > Countries

Address Style Flex fields in Oracle HRMS


Personal Address Information
Create new DFF in Personal Address Information descriptive flex field: This holds
the address information of your employee or applicant.

Location Address
Create new DFF in Location Address descriptive flexfield: This holds the address
information of your locations.
