Pump Routine Checks


For centrifugal pumps check the following:
Discharge pressure.
Suction pressure.
Pressure differential at suction strainer.
Bearing temperature.
Noise (cavitation)
Mechanical seal leakage.
Cooling medium temperature.
Lube oil system (P,T and level)
Power consumption in Amps. (means pump loading)
