We are looking for experienced lathe operator /machinist to set up and operate our

Manual Lathe Machine/Milling Machine

Job Responsibilities :

Set up and Operation of Conventional Lathe Machine.


Able to read Auto Cad drawing, having knowledge about basic mechanical
operations and can operate Mainly Lathe then Milling & Drilling machines.
Roughing work on components
Knurling, Drilling, Threading, Chamfer, DEGREE operations
Selection of Suitable Tools and Inserts and Cutters.
To work within very Close Tolerances and be able to work in a Production
Setting,
Tooling Instructions or Standard Charts to Determine Specification
Procedures.
Perform routine Machine Maintenance, Monitor Tool wear, change Tools,
Inserts as Required.
Adhere to safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety
management system.
Report all hazards and unsafe acts.
have to take the role of fitter / takka-welder as & when required
Any other task, role, responsibility as advised by the management, time to
time.
